Key objective:

The key objective of the project is increased workers’ influence on the strategic decisions taken within MNCs of automotive sector, achieved till the completion of the project through improved knowledge, cooperative abilities and joint action plan.

Key results:

- report “GIG economy –the influence on workers’ participation” presenting the findings from the analysis done in 6 EU Member States and 1 Candidate country and including 3 scenarios for development of worker.

– participation and recommendations for workers’ representatives addressing each of the elaborated scenarios.

-a package of open education resources prepared in 8 languages.

-increased capacity of social partners to exercise their rights and duties as regards employee involvement and effective implementation of EU acts in the area of Information and Consultation of Workers.

-improved cooperative abilities of workers and employers.
