The key objective of the project is increased workers’ influence on the strategic decisions taken within MNCs of automotive sector,achieved till the completion of the project through improved knowledge, cooperative abilities and joint action plan.
The answer to the problem of insufficient involvement of employees in the strategic decisions taken within companies, particularly in the context of future development, the methods to face the labor market challenges arising from globalization and the development of the GIG economy. The main objective of the project is to increase the influence of workers on the strategic decisions taken within the automotive multinationals, reached until the completion of the project through the improvement of knowledge, cooperation capabilities and action plan joint. Due to the emergence of the GIG economy and the development of atypical forms of employment, the definition of worker is evolving and the involvement of policy makers and social partners is necessary to ensure the effective participation of workers.
