National reports

The national-level reports analyzing workers’ and employers’ level of optimism/pessimism towards the influence of current social and economic changes on employee involvement.

Partners in each of the 7 countries produced a national report, based on a common template. All these reports are forwarded to the expert responsible for the preparation of a summative report which including 3 scenarios for the future of worker participation in the automotive industry and recommendations for the workers’ representatives aimed to adapt their activities to changes resulting from the development of GIG economy.
